Malaysia being one of the fast growing countries has become home for many people especially foreigners through investing in malaysia property. Due to their long permit duration of ten years they give visitors, many people have invested in the country. One reason that many people prefer investing there is the good market, which is growing at a very high rate annually. There are three types of market for Malaysia property

One is open market, which means the property can be sold to anybody, both residential and commercial Malaysia property.

The second is restricted market, which means the Malaysia property can only be sold to a certain people. For example if certain property is in a certain location, only the people from that specific location can buy. The third type of Malaysia property market is controlled market. This means the price of all properties are controlled by law, and the owner or landlord cannot change the price for his tenants.
